Art. 151 - screw self-moving feeder is a special equipment to fill little containers with feed. It is equipped with a double painted container (at request, container in stainless steel) capacity 1500 kg or 2000 kg with a special screw on the bottom suitable to fill with feed little containers that will spread out the feed using a timer or a similar device.
The container has special covers with hydraulic rams for closing/opening operations. It is placed on a hot galvanized chassis with two front wheels 205x10 and two back wheels 750x16. All feeders have a special cab to protect the operator from rain, cold etc. Inside of the cab there are all devices to drive the feeder and check feeding operations. Feeders are equipped with a back air cooling diesel engine 42 Hp, used to move the machine.
The maximum speed is of 16 km/h and it is changeable trought a varying hydraulic pump with hydrostatic braking system with hand-brake and safety device when motor out. All feeders have a power steering and a special brake booster and safety device with turned off engine.
At customer’s request feeders could be equipped with an electronic weighing system to check the food distributed, with digital display, possibility to state quantity to charge and discharge, hour, day, year, alarm for correct weight, pond recall, partial and total memory.
Possibility to have a cartridge to transfer datas from your PC to the weighing system and viceversa. A large range of feeders are available and fit to customer’s requests and for this reason suitable for little and big fish farms.
